- Searching on the term “Value Add”… results tally $4.4 billion of such deals in 2014, which jumped to $10.2 billion in 2015 – a 132% increase. Such sales in the first quarter of this year are running four times ahead of the first quarter of 2014 and are 16% higher than for the same period of last year
- The average price in 2014 started at about $89,000/unit and has jumped to about $135,000/unit at the end of March 2016, a 52% increase
